Can we celebrate birthdays onboard?
Yes, decoration and arrangements can be done on request.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Overnight cruises usually board around 12 noon and end around 9 AM the next morning. Day cruises run roughly from 11 AM to 5 PM.
Are meals included?
Yes. Lunch, evening tea with snacks, dinner and breakfast are included on overnight cruises, freshly prepared by the onboard chef.
Where do we board the houseboat?
Most cruises start from the Punnamada / Finishing Point area in Alleppey. We share the exact boarding point when you confirm your booking.

FAQ related to houseboat food menu

Clear answers about portions, extras, and how meals work on board.

Is the food unlimited?
Food is prepared based on the number of adults and children in your group. Children share available items. The number of fried items usually matches the number of adults (children may be excluded from that count). For example: one fish fry per person, meals roughly 250g average per person, etc. If you need more than the standard portion, it may be extra charge—please inform us at least one day before the cruise and settle any extra amount at check-in.
What about optional or extra items?
Optional items are extra and chargeable. Please discuss and confirm with the houseboat manager at least one day before the cruise.
